The room
An ultra-modern sanctuary built under Bishop Ealy's leadership. Comfortable seating, central aisle, balcony.
The order
Devotion, congregational singing, the choir, scripture, the message, and prayer. Service runs about ninety minutes.
The welcome
An usher will greet you at the door. If you are new, raise your hand during welcome and we will get your information so we can follow up.
The small questions everyone has on a first visit, answered up front.
What should I wear?
Whatever helps you focus on worship. Many of our members dress up out of love for the tradition. Plenty come in slacks and a clean shirt. There is no dress code at the door.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available on Atlantic Avenue and the surrounding streets. Side-street parking fills up quickly on Sunday morning, so plan to arrive ten minutes early.
I am bringing children. What is available?
Children are welcome in the main service. Sunday School at 9:30 AM has classes by age group, and we can introduce you to a Sunday School teacher when you arrive.
How long is the service?
About ninety minutes for Sunday morning worship. We start on time. If a song or a moment runs longer, that is the Spirit and we follow it.
Is the service streamed?
Yes. Sunday Worship is livestreamed on our YouTube channel each week, and Wednesday Bible Study is also available online. Replays remain available throughout the week.
What if I am visiting for the first time?
Find an usher and tell them. We will save you a seat near the front, hand you a guest card, and make sure you do not leave without meeting someone. We mean it: we are the church that cares.
On the corner of Atlantic Avenue and 15th Street, in the heart of Long Beach.
